i have the following problem:

all mail are put into a catch-all pop3 account where the domain is hosted. kerio downloads all the mails from this mailbox and delivers by sorting rules. problem is, that some messages will appear double.

e.g. when a message is sent to user <info>, he got the same message twice. this effect happend often, but not on all messages.

the option für <drop duplicate mesasges> in pop3 download ist activated for all pop3-download accouts.

no user has a forwarding rule or alias.

has someone an idea to solve the problem?

best regards,

Check to see if you have some overlapping rules. Also, if you are using outlook or outlook express to pop the messages, that the db that these clients use to track which messages has already been downloaded or read has a habit of getting corrupted. MS has confirmed this and has a kb article about it.

Hope this helps...
