I don't believe that kms will do exactly what you're asking for at this time, but you can try the following:

In the admin console, select SMTP Server, the select the Security Options tab.

Under Additional options, check the first option, "Block if sender's mail domain was not found in DNS".

Also under Content Filter -> Spam Filter, select the SPF tab and enable SPF and select the SPF Failure option that best suits your needs.
