i have kerio mail server and sorbs spam stopped hotmail emails , how can I exclude hotmail emails from sorbs spam filter .

This happens more often than you think.

If you want to whitelist all email from hotmail servers, you have two options:

1. Get all of the IP addresses for each of the hotmail servers and add them to your whitelist. (Hint there are 16 MX servers for Hotmail. Use nslookup or dig to get the IP addresses.)

2. Choose to increase the spam score in stead of blocking IP's that are found in the blacklists, then add a custom rule to treat any message from the domain hotmail.com as non-spam.

Thank you very much I had added hotmail subnet ip's to my whitelist and it works now .
