Would it be too hard to add.
1. An automatic print or direction to printer function for a particular user on the server. For ex.: We have a user called opinions<_at_> All email is forwarded to 3 admins. It would be nice to be able to have all emails sent to this account on the SERVER to be "forwarded" to a particular printer on the network rather than users.

2. I know this has been asked before also but what about shared folders?

In answer to your first question -- we have several network enabled Brother laser printers. Part of Brother's network capability is that the printers can be set up to read messages from a POP mailbox and print them. We use one for printing HelpDesk tickets, very much in a way you describe.

IIRC, the least expensive of the Brother printers with this capability is the HL-2070N, available from CDW for around $170

Good is better than evil because it's nicer
