Yes, you can add a text (footer) to every message sent from a domain. For details see http://www.kerio.com/manual/kms/en/ch08s04.html

Ummm there is a problem..

When I try to add a footer there are not colours...the text is always with the same size.

I try to write with any other kind of letter but is not possible?

why?

You're right; formatted text is not possible in the domain footer.

I've tried directly entering HTML codes, but that does not work. (Tip: this trick DOES work in the email signature.)

I've requested formatted text in the domain footer a long time ago. I hope Kerio implements this soon. It would be even better if one could also include images (really embedded into the mail, not as link to an online image). Of course, I would like to be able to include images also through webmail in the message itself (most important) as well as in the email signature...
