Hi all.
I have a strange problem with Ftp on WinRoute 5.0.7 .

I have set to enable Ftp connection over my Lan (I add the service FTP whith HTTP and HTTPS setting, that they work well) but when I try so navigate into an Ftp site (ex: "ftp://ftp.hp.com"), an error appear on page Browser:

"No parent proxy defined in WinRoute Proxy"

I have see in the manual to set the "Direct Access" into "Proxy Server" setting for use Ftp, but nothing changes.

Actually, we can't download from any Ftp site.
I've set Ftp filter in full access (down and upload).

Any councils are appreciated..

Thanks

The Proxy server in WinRoute supports only the HTTP and HTTPS protocols. Use direct access to support traffic using the FTP protocol unless you use a parent proxy server that supports FTP protocol (WinRoute's proxy server can “get” FTP to the parent proxy server).
