I run KMS 6.1.2 on a RedHat platform that authenticates via ADS. After deleting some user accounts KMS is still counting those users against my license. Any idea how to really delete users?

Thanks,

Mark

Under Status -> Hosts/Users right click and choose the option to Log Out the user. If there is no username associated with that host, you will either need to wait for the inactivity timeout period to expire, or restart the KWF service.

I think ktrumbull is referring to similar situation in KWF.

KMS counts all users that are or were accessing their mailboxes. There is no expiration for deleted users due to technical limitation when using AD or OD.
In other words, you have to restart KMS to reset the counter.
