How do you exclude the Kerio directory in Nod32? I have gone to the setup in Amon, selected the exclusions tab, and then Add a folder to the exclusion list. I have tried all sorts of combinations of Folder combinations; C:\Program Files\Kerio or
C:\Program Files\Kerio\Mailserver or C:\Program Files\Kerio\Mailserver\Store or C:\PROGRAM FILES\KERIO\MAILSERVER\MAILSERVER.EXE all with Exclude Subfolders selection as No or Yes but Nod32 keeps finding and putting the Eicar test file into quarantine.

I then have to use the Administration console and uncheck the Antivirus usage box, apply, then recheck the box, and apply again. It will then run for 1/2 day up to two days before it finds the Eicar test file and quits sending and receiving mail.

The following is from the Nod32 log..
2/2/2006 22:08:44 PM - AMON - File system monitor Threat Alert triggered on OAK: C:\Program Files\Kerio\MailServer\store\tmp\eicar.tmp is infected with Eicar test file.

and this is from the Kerio errpr log...
[02/Feb/2006 22:08:44] mail_utils.cpp: Cannot remove file C:\Program Files\Kerio\MailServer\store/tmp/eicar.tmp: (2) The system cannot find the file specified.
[02/Feb/2006 22:08:44] mail_avir.cpp: Cannot start AV server from plugin avir_nod: Detection of test virus EICAR failed
[02/Feb/2006 22:09:00] mail_avir.cpp: Antivirus check of mail from <xxxr<_at_>> to <xxxr<_at_>> failed: no antivirus engine is available
