Kerio 6.1.2 on W2K3

This is a catchall account for the company.

Whenever we pop email from this account, Kerio is not finding
the indivdiual user name (joesmith<_at_>company.com), it keeps
wanting to send the email to the pop3username<_at_>pop3server.com.

What setting am I missing?

TIA

After further review, I discovered that Kerio is replacing the
"Delivered To:" address to pop3account<_at_>pop3server.com because the
in the Kerio mail log, the "To" field says <NULL>.

I do not understand why Kerio will not see the "To" field.

I checked the mail prior to downloading using webmail at our
pop3 server and the header looks just fine with the "Delivered To"
header field with user<_at_>company.com.

TIA

I have exactly the same problem.

Are there any solutions for this Problem?

I have discovered that you need to create a sort rule for each email address per domain.

Ex. If you have user1<_at_>domain2.com. You need to create a sort
rule to send email for user1<_at_>domain2.com to user1<_at_>domain2.com

Also, create a sort rule that will send * to adminorsomething<_at_>domain2.com to catch any other unknown email addresses.

I know this is weird but, apparently that is how the system works.
