Hello,

I know it's not quite KMS related, but I want to switch my Users from MDAEMON and the before used "only Outlook" solution to KMS.

Now I have the old Calendars from the old .PST file and the one from MDAEMON which I can export to a .PST file with their Outlook-Connector.

But if I try to import them to my KMS-Calendar it always tells me that there's another calendar with that name and adds me another "Calender-Type"folder called Calendar 1 and Calendar 2.

I searched the web for about a week now, but I cannot find a solution working for me.

Is there any solution to my Problem?

Your help would be really appreciated...

Regards,

Hi,

you can merge them by copying /moving calender items from one calendar to another. Just change view to Grid (by Cathegory) and copy/move items the same way like you do with emails.

Thanks for your answer, but I knew that. I have about 1500 Appointments for the last few months and 6 Calenders since the last 2 years. So I would love to add them all to one complete calender.

But that Problem is rather second important. The worst thing is, that I cannot sync any WM5 Device, especially not the MDA Pros which we use. I already look for another server which can sync.
Merak can do that but I don't want a Server that big and me and my customers like the design of the web-interface from KMS.
Hope that this bug gets fixed really soon.

Thanks anyways.

Calendar/Merging
I do not see problem here. You can move all appointments in one Calendar at once. Just import every calendar in MSOutlook, for each one change to grid view, select all items and move them.

Synchronization
IMHO:I worry that there is currently only one possible way how to do it: MS Outlook + KOC. Such synchronization works well with mobile phones.
