I have searched, but not find any clear solution to my problem.
I would like to have two mailservers that always is synchronized, they are going to be placed in different locations and will have different public IP's, they will be able to connect to each other over internet.

So my problem: I know I can setup different MX records and I can have DNS backup if one of the servers are not up, but how do I fix the syncronization between the servers? I want them to always contain the same data as long as they are both online, and if one is offline to sync when they are both online again.

Do I simply use a third part sync software?
