What is the proper setup (traffic policy, etc) to allow a Motorola VT1000(VOIP terminal) to function correctly BEHIND the firewall?

I have it setup so far with regular NAT outbound and SIP, H.323 forwarded to the VT1000 inbound.

I can make outgoing calls but I hear no "ringing" sound when it's calling and I can't hear the other party (they can hear me).

Thank you for your help!

Anybody?

It's actually a Motorola VT1005S (Vonage uses VT1005V).
