When performing following test from the mailserver's consol:

C:\> telnet relay-test.mail-abuse.org

Test number 11 is failing with the following results:

--
:Relay test: #Test 11
>>> mail from: <spamtest<_at_>mail.mydomain.com>
<<< 250 2.1.0 Sender <spamtest<_at_>mail.mydomain.com> ok
>>> rcpt to: <"nobody%mail-abuse.org">
<<< 250 2.1.5 Recipient <"nobody%mail-abuse.org"> ok (alias)
>>> QUIT
<<< 221 2.0.0 SMTP closing connection
Tested host banner: 220 MAIL ESMTP ready
System appeared to accept 1 relay attempts
--

Any idea on how to fix this?

Thanks in advance,

Pat

The problem is in the following line

>>> 250 2.1.5 Recipient <"nobody%mail-abuse.org"> ok (alias)

Have you definded the domain mail-abuse.org on KMS and set a user alias? Or have you set a domain alias?

For me, it looks like that.

Looks like you probably setup a catch all alias, which will accept mail sent to any non-existent user.
