I have had theses 100% CPU troubles on old machines like AMD 500Mhz with old Winroute versions when I moved from Wingate to Winroute.Theses CPU use weren't there with Wingate but there were so many other troubles ...
I was running W2K server.
I have a dozen of Winroute running on "recent" PCs (celeron 1.5G, XP2100+, ...) and there are no troubles running XP Pro.
I haven't been able to find what could have caused this high CPU use (as I changed nearly everything from hard to soft).

A few questions to help you :
- What is your CPU model / speed ?
- About many RAM installed ?
- Do you have a way to move to XP ?

This is fixed in 6.1.4 patch 2. Please upgrade. Please also review the release history for releases:

Oh finds out i already had patch 2, because there is bug, its still shows "patch 1" when you go to Help menu and click About, though patch 2 is installed.

What does it say on the splash screen of the Kerio WinRoute Firewall Admin Console?

Here also: splash screen says patch 2, Help -> About says patch 1. Cosmetic bug? (I actually run patch 2.)

I believe there were no changes made to the Admin Console from patch 1 to patch 2, so I'm guessing the version number was not changed. So yes, I would assume it is cosmetic.
