I've tried the previous version of KSP which worked excelent with outlook 2003, but now,

new trial version on the business and KSP version 6.1.2, but now I keep receiving the error :

Unable to run synchronisation.
Sync engine is not initialized.

Sometimes it doesn't do this problem, but then the buttons can't be used at all and it completely doesn't work...

Any ideas?

Greetz,

Ronald.

Stop using KSP. I use it for a handful of users because I had to, not because I wanted to. I find it to be buggy and it behaves inconsistenly. The KSP behaves more like a beta product than a production release piece of software. Even Kerio doesn't recommend it - see http://forums.kerio.com/index.php?t=rview&goto=34132#msg _34132.

Please do not take my words out of context. I said I don't recommend it right now as it has some issues. We are working to resolve those issues.

You are welcome to give it a try, and if you run into any issues please send us a support ticket and we can look into the issue.

I know. I don't want to take your words out of context ;-)

Is there a way to get it to work, even with bugs I still would like to use it. I know it is a little bugged. I've got the message from Kerio as well.

Hope to hear from you soon,

Ronald.
