I have three users in the office. They change reguarly from places (roaming).
When using Outlook 2003 is it, as with Exchange is, possible with Kerio Mailserver that a user who reads en writes his mails on one place/workstation can see the same mail (received and send) on another workstation and visa versa. They have all a unique login. Workstations run XP Pro, server Windows 2003.

If this is possible what do I have to install/configure in Kerio and Outlook.

Any help is welcome.

This user can access the same information by configuring each Outlook to connect to the Kerio MailServer via IMAP or using the Kerio Outlook Connector http://www.kerio.com/manual/kms/en/sect-mapi-install

This way emails will be stored on the server and can be accessed from any location that has access to the Kerio MailServer.
