If the mail was sent from the Kerio Mail Server, the email header (source code)will be shown as the following:

############################################################ ##
Received: from KMAIL ([x.x.x.x])
by localhost.localdomain (8.13.4/8.13.4) with ESMTP id k284DlGp027213
for <kitleung<_at_>email.com>; Wed, 8 Mar 2006 12:13:48 +0800
(envelope-from kitleung<_at_>chesterton.com.hk)
############################################################ ###

How to edit the "localhost.localdomain" to "abc.mydomain.com" in Kerio Mail Server?

Thank you.

Regards,
Kit Leung

Have entered your host name in "Internet Hostname" under

Configuration > Domains

in the KMS Administration Console? It picks it up from there.

This localhost.localdomain is default hostname of Linux server. It's not KMS name. Change your server hostname in /etc/hostname.

According this header, mailserver is not KMS, but sendmail (8.13.4/8.13.4).
