Simple question.

Is it possible to share a specific users folder (a single mail folder, not the whole account) without it being in a public folder via webmail?

Yes, this is possible. See WebMail manual:
2.6 To create a shared folder - http://www.kerio.com/manual/kwm/en/ch02s06.html
2.7 To connect to a shared folder - http://www.kerio.com/manual/kwm/en/ch02s07.html

Just have the user right-click on the folder, and go to Access Rights. You can specify who can has access to the folder, and what rights other users have.
