Im trying to get a software called Kali to work within the Nat.

The software wants the same internal port to be used at all times, but the NAT makes my machine open different internal ports for it all the time.

How do I make Winroute firewall to open a static internal port on a machine within the LAN ?

Do you mean an external app needs to connect to the kali app that is behind the firewall and that kali only accepts connection on a fixed port?

If so create a traffic rule:

name: kali service
source: internet
dest: firewall
service: <port number of kali app>
translation: map <ip of kali app machine>

optional you could add the port number to the translation.
