Hi hi,

i have created a user, with the flag to create a rule to move the spam into the SPAM folder. Now i have to change it for that user, to keep the SPAM in the inbox.

How can I delete the SPAM rule for the user? In the web-interface the rule ist gray, and i couldn't delete it.

Greetz,

Daniel [GER]

I've checked in the admin console and the option is not there to remove this rule. Any chance of this being added, Kerio people who are reading this ?

If you look in your users.cfg file in the section that relates to the user, you should see a line that says something like

<variable name="DefSPamFilter">1</variable>

I'm not sure exactly what this variable is for, but changing its value to 0 and then reconnecting the user to Kerio would be my first action.

Ok, can something be damaged, whan I change it, and it didn't work?

Can someone from Kerio acknowledge what rencorp said?

Greetz,

No. Do not edit configuration file. It will not help.

To disable default Spam rule, go to Settings in WebMail and disable spam rule on Spam tab.
