I was wondering if there would be any possibility to use Radius authentication when accessing the WebMail.

Reason for this is that users accessing the WebMail from an Internet Cafe would ideally use a 2-factor or One Time Password (OTP) using a token or something similar in stead of the password they use when they access the mail from within the office network.

So ideally, there would be an option for alternative authentication for webmail where there would be an option to use a Radius server.

Looking forward to the replies.

We don't support it now, but I'll add a suggestion.
