Hi all,

i've got a big problem. The KOC doesn't work with

Outlook 2002 (10.4219.4219) SP-2.

Is it true? What kind of version IS Outlook 2002. By searching the web for the "2002" Version I always got pages about Office XP. But the Servicepack 3 for Office XP doesn't work with the 2002-Versions (Outlook, Word and Co.).

Support for KOC: Outlook 2000, XP, 2003... why and what about the 2002-Versions? :-(

Should I buy a new Office-Version to use Keriomailserver in firm? :( Does anyone got a tip?

'2002' = 'XP'.

The service pack should work normally. Or, you could upgrade the individual applications. Just try surfing to officeupdate.microsoft.com and 'auto-update' from there.

You indeed need a recent serice pack to install/work with KOC.

From the manual (http://www.kerio.com/manual/kms/en/ch31.html):

Kerio Outlook Connector supports the following email clients:

* MS Outlook 2000 + version Service Pack 3 (if the service pack version is not installed, Kerio Outlook Connector installation cannot be started)

* MS Outlook XP + version Service Pack 3 (the version of MS Outlook XP must have this format: 10.0.6515.xyz)

* MS Outlook 2003 + version Service Pack 1 (if the service pack version is not installed, Kerio Outlook Connector installation cannot be started)
