hello,
I have the following problem, some users when close outlook, configured with KOC, it doesn't close at all leaving OUTLOOK.exe and MAPI32.exe services opened.
If this services aren't terminated manually it is impossible to open a new outlook session.
Someone can help me to solve this problem?.

thank you

See http://support.microsoft.com/kb/834005/en-us. The hotfix usually fixes the problem. I'd say it worked 7 out of 8 times here to solve the problem.

Where I can download the fix? In that page I've found

"To resolve this problem immediately, contact Microsoft Product Support Services to obtain the hotfix. For a complete list of Microsoft Product Support Services telephone numbers and information about support costs, visit the following Microsoft Web site"

but no a download link...

Thanks in advance
