Both my company's hq and branch are using Kerio Winroute Firewall. I have a prob here as the branch office can log in to the system but could not retrieve the file from the hq. When retrieveing the data, the error msg appear is "error connecting". Do I need to check if there is any port to be open for data retrievement>?

Pls advise. Thanks for advanced.
