Kerio is used to storing mails downloaded from some ISP POP3 mailboxes (trial configuration). Kerio is working as relay server, outgoing mails are relayed by one of the ISP.

The problem: it is impossible to send mails for addresses within the concerning ISP domains. An error occurred sending a mail: "The mail server responded 5.1.1 Mailbox name<_at_>ISPdomain does not exist." Every other traffic works well.

Kerio primary domain and aliases are set up according to the ISP domain names to reply the incoming mails in Thunderbird on behalf of the recipient. Thunderbird clients connected to Kerio by IMAP.

How should be configured Kerio to send mails to other addresses within the ISP domains?

Any help is appreciated.

Hi !

i think that if you use your ISP's domain name as your local domain in KMS, it's normal !
When you try to send a message to "someone<_at_>isp_domain.xxx ", in fact, KMS considers that "himself" is the ISP.
So, if the recipient doesn't exists in KMS user's list, you have an error.
Try to create a new local domain to test.

sorry for my poor english ;-)
