Hi,

Kerio 6.1.3 patch 1
Mac OS X Server 10.3.9

Situation:
We recieve a mail from an external contact via our relay server with more than one RCPT TO in our domain.

Problem:
Some users tell us, they didn't recieve a mail although it was delivered to the first recipient. But only the first "RCPT TO" field appears in mail.log. So we can't recover whether a mail has reached all recipients or not. We did some tests to reproduce the delivery failure, with no effort (e.g. in RCPT TO, HTML body, zipped attachement, etc.)

Question:
- Is there a ticket about this error?
- How can we prove that Kerio doesn't lose mails?

TIA
Thomas

You could check the mail headers of the message from the user who actually did receive the message to see if there are (or should be) indeed multiple recipients.

I already checked the original header and there are indeed two recipients.

we had a similar problem .... turn on smtp logging (client and server) in the debug log settings and you should see the smtp conversations as they happen. haven't finished our testing but it was a non-current version so we will try an upgrade also.
