Add a traffic rule to allow SSL traffic. This can be done to add the ssl / https service to the http rule

thanks feite. but i have one question for you.

you said; "name: browsing" so this rule is internet explorer web page communications.

but i need special delphi program ssl communication?

The name doesn't matter, just call the rule anything you like.
