Hiya all,

I have created 4 public calendars for 4 branches of our company.
Now, I want to give 'Administrator' rights only to the users for the branche each calendar applies to, and 'Readonly' rights to users of other branches.

So far I've not been able to accomplish this.
It seems that 'Administrator' right to public folders applies to ALL public folders.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Thanks,
Kris

Turn off the administrative rights in the user profile. That's for the entire public folder tree. Then go to the public calendar you want to give a user administrative access to. In Outlook, right-click and choose properties then go to the "Sharing and Security" tab. From webmail, right-click the folder, and choose "Access Rights". From there you can add someone as an adminstrator.
