I am new to setting up email servers. I am testing the Kerio Mailserver on a virtual machine. I have it working fine but there's one thing bugging me. When I get an email from my server to my work, within the headers it has my local servers hostname, not the DNS name. What do I need to do to correct that? I'm guessing that's why some messages bounce back with a no reply doing a HELO.

Thanks

The hostname your server announces is configure in the admin console under Configuration/Domains. At the top you can specify the "Internet hostname". That's the name the server will announce itself as during SMTP transactions.
