Hi,

I am testing out the Kerio mail server and have attempted to register the trial version three times on three seperate days, all unsuccessfully.

When I click the "Finish" button in the "Trial Registration" window on "Summary - page 4 of 5" an error message box appears stating "Illegal or empty value in field (state)"

As soon as a few questions and issues are resolved we will be purchasing this product, but I'm stuck right now trying to get it registered so that I can get some of these issues resolved. I'd submit a ticket on not being able to register, but I can't submit a ticket without registering.

I've searched the knowledge base and the user forum for any information on this issue, with no results.

I submitted a ticket at the same time.

I figured there are probably other people who have run across this and may be able to help sooner than the 1-2 days it takes for tech support to reply.

I tried again today, to no avail.

Still waiting to hear anything from Tech Support.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

We are ready to order this and get it deployed, but I'm concerned about the registration process not working. I can't purchase something when I don't know if I can register it!

What is your ticket ID? What department or email address did you send the ticket to?

Ticket ID is HUB-971409

I could only submit the support request in the "Sales" department (listed as "Info - United States" on the http://support.kerio.com/index.php?_m=tickets&_a=submit web page) since I don't have a Trial ID (or License Number) yet.

(Can't get a Trial ID without being able to register...)

We have found your ticket. We will look into the error with the product registration page.

If you have Presales questions, please submit a ticket. Normally we require a license number for support, but in your case since you can't currently register for one we can answer your Presales questions anyways.
