How do I fix this problem.

My users are subscribed to an industry newsletter that is very important to our company. When we first started using Kerio this newsletter came through fine. However, for the past two months this is the response they are getting every time they are sending my users a newsletter.

What is really strange is the log files don't even show this newsletter hitting the mail server. Also, this company sends out another newsletter from the same domain and it is getting through.

Any ideas?

"invalid sender domain"

Well, seems like they send it from another account.. that is not allowed to send from that server. SPF and/or Caller-ID enabled???

Hi Lisa Jennifer

Can you post the exact error message you get. This will help to pinpoint the problem.

Hm, you can turn off "Block if sender's mail domain was not found in DNS", which can be found in Configuration>SMTP Server>Security Options tab. Probably not the best idea since you might get more junk/malicious mail.
