hi,

i´m currently evaluating kerio 6.1.0.
i´m looking for a solution for the following situation:

a user has the info<_at_>domain.com adress. furthermore he has the adresses sales<_at_>domain.com and contact<_at_>domain.com.
is there any chance to choose between this 3 mailadresses, when sending an email (like having 3 pop3 accounts in outlook)?
if so, how to manage this via webmail?

and, is there any chance to set a theme in webmail to standard for all users?

thanks in advance

This is something that I need to be able to do too. Currently we just setup multiple accounts in Outlook and do send as.

Can Kerio do this? I really hope so.

Simon.

EDIT. just searched the forum and found this which is one way round this. http://forums.kerio.com/index.php?t=msg&goto=34619&S =ddae76dc715f09d18172bce5ab9abec5&srch=%22send+as%22#msg _34619

We have also just tried creating a POP3 acount in Outlook to run alongside the KOC one. When you do this you get an accounts menu on the new mail and you can select the account to use when sending.

If you give a person multiple emailadresses (not aliasses), he can choose which one to use when sending mail via Webmail.

BUT: the 'friendly name' will always be the same. So mail will go out as "John Smith <info<_at_>domain.com>" or "John Smith <sales<_at_>domain.com>" etc. You cannot change the "John Smith" part. Well, of course you can change it, but than it will change for all email addresses.

No, you cannot change the default Webmail skin.
