can somebody help me on how can i limit a certain person to access on 1 web site. for example, user1 can access www.mail.yahoo.com is it possible? thanks

Yes, it's possible. Create two rules in URL Rules:
1. Enable user1 access to www.mail.yahoo.com
2. Disable user1 access to all.

For filtering web access its better to use http policies. Create a policy that allows user1 access to www.mail.yahoo.com and block everything else.

I find it nice to have a group called 'Deny everything except...' and a HTTP policy that blocks everything for members of this group. Then, above this rule, you can add policies that allow certain websites.

This way you do not have to create 'block all' policies for every user you want to give restricted web access.

(All pertty obvious of course, but some people mind have limited experience in setting up decent policies.)
