Win xp pro
Outlook XP
KOC 6.1.4 T.946

For some users the emails are going out right away, for other users they stay in the oubox untill i do Send/Receive. They stay there even if i schedule an autosend/receive evry minute and will only leave when i send/receive manually.

Any one else seen this ?

Scheduled send and receive = no good

I've seen this several times where there is a problem with the first email message for whatever reason and the other messages get stacked up behind it. It appears erratically.

I've also had this issue with read receipts where they were hosing up messages being sent.

You may want to get kerio support to connect to your mailserver with their support database tool and look at the issue. They have fixed several issues for me this way. There is a variety of issues that can only be seen or corrected in this manner.

I have not had this issue since moving to 6.1.3 patch 1 however.

Try this. Create new mail profiles for the users. Do not use the default one in Outlook.

Did you migrate from exchange or reuse existing profiles before moving to kerio?

Good. Glad that helped.

The other thing that you may have to do, if you migrated from exchange to kms, is to remove the Outlook nickname cache file. It will have a .nk2 extenstion. Otherwise you may have old addresses populating the fields when composing emails.
