We utilize several blackberries. We forward to their Blackberries by setting up a forward on their user account in the administrator logon.
This has worked fine with not problems, until an upgrade to 6.1.3. Intermittently messages are coming across with html code rather than the html. Typically this is a signature with a special font, or a background color. Usually the blackberry would just show the text, but know it is showing html code.
We upgraded to Kerio 6.1.4, but it is doing the same thing.

Any suggestions? Or has anyone seen this?

Thank you
Michele

I have also experienced this behavior.

When we began watching for this behavior, it wasn’t necessarily intermittent, as we noticed, for us at least, that when the issue would crop up, the message was always from the same group of email addresses or users.

We would have investigated further, but our company switched from Blackberries to the Palm Treo.

Just stumbled across this same issue.

KMS 6.7.0, patch 1, build 7695

User has a Blackberry connected via BIS services.

Messages from specific senders come through with the message body shown as HTML code regardless of whether they were an initial message or a reply-all/forward.

Any thoughts as to what might cause this?
