Dears,
In past, I have been installed KWF on a member server of windows 2000 Active directory and force users to authenticate via accessing web pages. There was not any problem until I Changed my AD server from win 2000 to win 2003 sp1 with a new domain name. Then I joined KWF server to new domain. Now I can see the users of 2k3 Domain in: "Users Accounts" tab of KWF but nobody cannot authenticate with domain in redirection phase.
Error message is "Authentication Failed".

And in Security log: [20/May/2006 10:08:04] Authentication: WebAdmin SSL: Client: 192.168.0.156: Invalid passwd for NT/Kerberos user mehdi

What are the reasons?

Go to users tab authentication options. Check if the local user database part is filled in correctly (checkbox enabled, ad domain name entered (eg mycompany.com or mycompany.local). Also enable NT domain authentication and fill in the domain name (eg company). Also check if there is no traffic rule blocking the authentication requests.
