I have several people using Entourage 2004 with Service Pack 2 connecting to Kerio Mail Server as exchange clients. They started out with new accounts and are working perfectly. However, I have another person who was already using Entourage, so I switched him from a regular POP3 account to an Exchange account. The problem is that whenever new mail arrives, it is going into the Inbox in Folders On My Computer, instead of the Exchange Inbox. I started out by disabling all timed checking on the POP account so it would not automatically download the e-mails. However, they immediately downloaded to that folder. I deleted the POP account so that the only one still there was the Exchange account. They are still going to the Inbox in Folders On My Computer. How do I get these emails to start going to the correct Inbox? When I check the webmail, they are showing up there as well, so it is like Kerio and Entourage are synching the wrong Inbox. This wouldn't be an issue if it was doing this for all folders and calendars, but all the rest are in the Exchange folders. Only new mail is going to the wrong folder.

Delete the entourage profile and create a new one. That should solve the problem.

If this user has many calendars with category settings in Entourage, will those categories be lost by deleting the profile?

Yes, I think so. You could always do an export of the data. When you import again, the categories should return, but I am now guessing.

Of course, try it first!
