I need to be able to connect to a remote FTP server using TSL authentication. I tried opening up the FTP and FTPS and even trying to add an "Any any any allow" rule, and I still time out.
If I disable the firewall (god forbid) there is no problem in connecting to the FTP server.

Tried setting "Server is using NAT/MASQ" and passv modes and I still get a timeout. If I go around the firewall I get the TSL certificate popup and connect.

Note: This is a FTP _client_ behind an KWF problem. Not an FTP server.

Erh,,,, hello?? How do you expect people buying a license when the supportforum isnt answered. Almost been 2 weeks since I asked.

My trial is almost out, rightnow buying a license for our apartmentblocks firewall isn't looking to good :/ I am not apply KWF if I cannot make secure connections through it.

Sorry for so late response, but the discussion forums are not intended to provide technical support.

It seems some FTP connections using TSL cannot be properly established in KWF 5.1.x versions.
However KWF 6.0 beta1 version is capable to handle those connections correctly. The FTP client must use passive mode for transfers. In the beta section on our website (http://www.kerio.com/beta_section.html) is also a link to trial extension key for beta testing purposes.

BTW: Can you see the disclaimer at the bottom of this page?
