I haven't seen a Kerio staff member answer a question since I joined. I wish to resolve some problems before committing to purchasing the product, or before I recommend the product to clients; is the support any more expeditious once the product is purchased?

Their email and phone support are quite good. I have had them respond to most things submited very quick.

Fair enough...if you dished out some coin you'd like to hope it would be better. I have a Windows 2003 server with Winroute installed, and Winroute abends about once a day. Will I get my money back if they can't fix it?

What does it do? I might be able to help, have been running this software at several companies since some of the first versions from tiny soft. I have even had it keep working after the harddrive failed in one server for over a month. Thats something IPChains cannot even do. Crazy.

Post some specifics on what all is going on, I might be able to help you out some. Version, cpu also.
