One of my users has changed his login password for XP. Right now KMS is setup to use Kerberos for authentication and since he's changed his password he can no longer access the contact list on the KMS. He's tried changing his password back to his old one yet was unable still to pull up the contacts. Is there a way to manually change his password in KMS?

If your KMS box is set to use Kerberos authentication, then there is no password stored in KMS. Have you tried restarting the Kerio MailServer Engine?
