So, before buy Kerio mail server, we want to try it. During the installation and configuration, no problem.

I've import AD user on the admin console. I've publish them, in order to be seen in the contact list in Outlook2003.

I've install Outlook connector, i can send mail, share a calendar. But, when i go on the adress book, there is nothing.

I can't see the published users.

Please check if you can see Public Folders with contacts in MS Outlook. Also make sure that public contact folders are included in Address book serach (right click on the folder and check the option "show in Address book").

I have not found in the admin console where we can manage published contact list. Can you help me please? :)

Must I go in the #public/contacts/ and delete them manually ?

edit : i try to do this for one but now, in my adress book i have a line with only "()"

In fact, in the webmail interface, i have not this problem.

In the outlook interface, i've just delete contacts in double and now there is no problem. In the future, i just need to do be careful when i will publish contacts.

Now, my last problem : share calendar.

I want that my user "Thomas" can see the calendar of "testmail"

So, i configure testmail like that :

My user "thomas" has the good rights.

When i want to open a share calendar, i have an error :

Folder sharing and mapping (subscribing) is described in the manual at http://www.kerio.com/manual/kms/en/ch31s09.html. Pleas note that
some Exchange-specific features in Outlook do not work (and cannot because Outlook does not provide support for it to 3rd party providers). Nevertheless, all these features (folder sharing, out-of-office, mail filters, etc.) could be set by alternative way.
