You have to permit using ClientLessVPN to the user. When you are creating / editing user account, you will find "rights" tab and there is checkbox "Allow user to use clientless VPN". You have to check it.
You can also use groups for this or set this option for all users... Just edit "template".

I have the same problem. I have access to active directory users, have edited a group to have vpn access and clientless vpn access and get 'Authentication failed' when I try to login with the username or the domain\username or domain.local\username.

Any Ideas??
Thanks
