You have to be careful with Lookout though. We had 4 people with large mail stores using it at our location. It generated so much traffic indexing the mail that it caused a lot of problems. All of the disk I/O, traffic, and resulting lagging responses from the server caused regular connection timeouts for IMAP users, and slowed performance for everyone. Unfortunately the lack of an offline/caching mode makes indexing a users inbox negatively affect the server - especially if you have more than one user indexing at the same time. You'll have to limit who you allow to use a tool like Lookout, restrict what folders they can index, and how often they perform the index.

This is a fantastic solution, it works. And it is incredibel fast.

You can time the indexing of the mailbox now it is scheduled from 20.00 to 24.00 hour.

Bigg thanks
