That seems to be a very 'small' machine. I use a Xeon 3.2Ghz with 1Gb RAM for ~80 people (also running Kerio Mailserver). How much power KWF needs all depends on the Internet speed, whether or not you use antivirus, whether or not you use a lot of traffic policies, URL filters, Orangeweb, your network card driver, the types of usage of your users, etc.

What kind of problems are you running into? What's the CPU load? Mem load? etc.

Shocked Shocked Shocked

Your configure is really powerful for a firewall, since the hardware is so cheap today.
but check the system requirement on Kerio website, it said it just need PIII, 256 MB and 20 MB Space, so which one is true?

if that is the configure just only can run no antivirus, no filter rules, no ISS Orange, than what is the purpose ?

The purpose could simply be to run a software router with some user accounts. In that simple case, simple hardware would be sufficient. In the other extreme, if you have 100 users downloading large files that need to be virusscanned over a 50Mbit connection with complicated traffic policies and Orangeweb filtering, you can't reasonably expect a PIII to handle that.

So it really depends on what you want to do with the software. If you tell us what exactly you want do to, this forum or Kerio could probably give you some estimation on the server needed...
