Hello, For some reason after upgrading KMS to 6.2.0, everytime I log into the adminstration console I notice that my software says it is not registered. I enter in the registration info, submit, receive a confirmation pop up screen indicating that the software is now registered and all is good until I log in again... then it looks as though I never registered and have to register all over again.

Additionally, I have 120 users available. I have 57 active users. For some reason it says that I am only using 33 of my available 120 licenses, but says I have 57 active mailboxes. Is this correct or is the mailserver not calculating my users correctly?

Has anyone else been experiencing these glitches?

This is indeed strange (or perhaps Kerio is counting licenses in a different way?).
Mine says:
Nr. of users allowed by license: 120 (75 used)
Nr. of active mailboxes: 94

I do not suffer your registration issues.

57 active users means you have created 57 mailboxes (users) on the server. 33 means that since the last server start only 33 of the 57 users have made a connection to the server (pop/imap/web/koc). This is normal.

“Number of active mailboxes” is a total number of user accounts created in KMS (including users mapped from AD or OD). All domains are counted together.

“Used licenses” means number of users logged in since server restart.

I really appreciate the response... thank you for clarifying.

However, no one has commented on the registration piece. I've even repaired permissions on my server in hopes that it might correct the problem. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do so that when I register mailserver with Kerio that my information saves, so I do not have to re-enter it in again? Thank you.
