I had a customer forward me an error message they received from my mailserver indicating:

Subject: Error in mail sorting script

Hello,

the following error occured in your mail sorting script on
mail server at kerio.bigmountainmail.com:

KEEP ignored: message cannot be delivered to the same folder more than
once

Commands will be ignored until you fix the error.

With regards,
Your Kerio MailServer 6.2.0 at kerio.bigmountainmail.com.


Any thoughts? Has anyone else seen this?

This indicates you setup a mail filter rule that will deliver the same message to a folder twice. Please double and triple check all of your mail filter rules to make sure you have not duplicated the functionality of another rule.

I've seen this happen too. I think it's best practice to use the option "stop processing more rules" in the mail filters (unless ofcourse, you want more rules to be processed, mostly this is unneccesary though.)
