My server has individual public calendars for 2 meeting rooms. We are using those calendars to schedule meetings by going into the calendar and inviting people. It seems to work find. However, if I try to set up an appointment using the free/busy service and pick one of the meeting room accounts as a participant, it shows that the meeting room is always free. I know that this was working at one time, but it seems like the free/busy data is missing. Or, maybe I am missing something. Is there a way to regenerate/refresh this data, or does it involve some other configuration setting?
