Hello,

[04/Aug/2006 23:42:28] SMTP server connection from smtp-vbr16.xs4all.nl lost: (11) Resource temporarily unavailable

When i check the debug log i see:

[04/Aug/2006 18:44:56][27254] {smtps} Command DATA failed: Connection lost
[04/Aug/2006 18:44:56][27254] {smtps} SMTP server session end

I disabled SMTPS, Antispam, Antivirus, downgraded to 6.1.4

Nothing helped. Talked to the tech guy at Kerio. Looks like an Fedora problem.
Does anyone have an idea how to fix?

We have an firewall between, it worked flawless with the Debian server.

Greetings,

Arjen

to be sure I did:

service iptables stop
chkconfig iptables off

and rebooted the server

Now checking if it works.

I have a SUSE server doing the same thing. Kerio support has no clue on this. They closed my ticket without resolving it. Maybe with two of us complaining they will help.

That can happen when firewalls between the mail servers try to be overly clever. For example if you have a Cisco PIX, try to disable the "SMTP Fixup" option.
