Hi Gurus!
I just encountered a weird problem with Kerio Mail server. I configured primary domain name, say and later added one more domain name
Later I add certain users to both of domains. When it comes to users registered with the first (primary domain name - there is no problem and their e-mail clients successfully log to POP3 server and retrieve their mail. When I add users for a second domain - and configure their e-mail clients with respective login/password, their e-mail clients receive an authentication error. In details I add for example user222 to domain having his e-mail as user222<at> KMS warning log says in this case that user222<at> doesn't exists. Why is that ???
Mail server obviously mixes up the account names ???

Help me please !!!

ONLY the primary domain users can log in using just their username. All secondary domains users must log in using their full email address like user<at> to log in. Without the <at>, Kerio defaults to and tries to find a user by that name.

It is in the manual.
