I am running KMS on a Mac OS 10.4 platform. There are about 15 users, some on PCs and some on Macs.

I am also a client of this mail server using Entourage on an Intel iMac. From time to time I encounter a problem where I have zillions of blank emails appearing in my "Deleted Items" folder. One item roughly each minute, blank sender, blank recipient, blank subject, dated 1 January 1904.

I recall this happening before about 7 months ago, and I recall having stopped it, but for the life of me I don't remember what I did. I vaguely recall it was a problem with some sort of corrupted contact or calendar item that did not fully delete on the server side, but I don't recall.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Hi There,

I am currently having this same issue on an account that was previously working fine. Is there something that can be done about this? Nothing has changed on the server running 6.1.4.

This issue should be resolved in Kerio MailServer version 6.2.0 and above. Note this should prevent any newly created blank items from being created. You will need to clear out the old blank items.

We are running the latest build of KMS and are having this issue with one particular client machine. The client is running Entourage 2004 11.2.6 on 10.4.7 on a 20" Intel iMac.

Is there anything we can look at in settings either on the server side or on the client side?

Thank you
